The south facing sitting room is large with open fire, overlooking the garden. There is a video and DVD player as well as plenty of books and games for those wet days!.
The spacious kitchen/dining room contains all the usual appliances including microwave and washing machine and has views across the home paddocks where our foals are born. The bathroom is fully fitted with a shower as well as a bath.
The garden is fully enclosed and not overlooked. There is plenty of garden furniture for alfresco meals or just sunbathing.
It is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Please let me know if you are bringing any pets. It is connected to mains water and has oil fired central heating.
Being central to the Island all the beaches are within equal reach and the village, with shop, hotel, restaurant and post office is within easy walking distance. The property is situated in the middle of our three thousand acres estate, there is fishing in a choice of seven lochs and walks around the stud to view the rare Eriskay ponies and the miniature Shetlands.
WEEKLY RATES:- Holiday seasons £500 (central heating and electricity included)
Rates for the rest of the year:- From £220 to £500 depending on numbers.
Deposit to secure booking £100. Arrival time is midday and leaving time is 10am (to allow for cleaning)
The estate is farmed environmentally and provides year round interest for painters and photographers. For botanists and bird watchers there is the advantage of the varied habitats:- moorland, rocky coastline, reedbed marshes and woodland containing many rare species.
